A few days ago I posted that this was opening September 4th. Today it's live. I'd rather just say that plainly than pretend the date was never mentioned — it opened early because it was actually ready early, not because the original plan meant nothing.

What This Weekend Actually Looked Like

Here's the part that doesn't usually make it into an announcement post: most of this weekend wasn't spent writing modules or designing anything. It was spent fixing a payment webhook that kept failing for four completely separate reasons, one after another — a missing configuration, a copy-paste mistake, an extra character in a URL, and a database permission that needed to be granted by hand. Each one only became visible after the last one got fixed.

That's genuinely most of what building something alone looks like. Not the parts you'd post about — the parts that just have to get done before anything else can work.
